follow up: problem with authority
this is the advice i get most regarding my opinion of leadership.
"you're so harsh on leadership. no one's perfect. of course you won't be completely satisfied with everyone."
to these naysayers, i have this to say...
if no one is perfect, and i will never have a perfect person to follow, then why shouldn't i question them?
i know going into any leadership/follower relationship that neither one of us is perfect, so why not push back if something doesn't feel right?
just one more facet of the leadership issue.
